With the recent popularity of the Samsung Galaxy S III, it is not surprising at all that most of the major carriers in US shores have released their respective variants of the handset. The Samsung Galaxy S III variant released by C Spire Wireless is available in the handset’s original colorways of Marble White and Pebble Blue. No news yet if the carrier will also offer the newer colorways of the handset but we will let you know ASAP once something comes up. For those interested in getting their hands on the device, the C Spire Wireless 16GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy S III is now available online and at brick and mortar retail locations of the carrier and will set you back by $199 in addition to being required to sign a new two-year agreement with the carrier.

With this development, C Spire Wireless subscribers looking to get ahold of a very capable smartphone with all the bells and whistles can now do so with the Samsung Galaxy S III’s availability at the shelves of the carrier. Similar to what we saw in the major carriers, we also expect the handset to be one of C Spire Wireless’ bestsellers given the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S III packs an impressive resume and brings even more impressive capabilities to the table.

The Samsung Galaxy S III ships with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for its operating system and is slated to receive the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update soon. It has a QualComm MSM8960 SnapDragon chipset under the hood to power its operations while its dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait processor works in conjunction with 2GB of RAM in generating the computing muscle required by the handset. The C Spire version of the Samsung Galaxy S III is available in a 16GB model and should this be not enough, a user has the option to use its microSD card slot for memory expansion purposes. Display-wise, the Samsung Galaxy S III comes with a 4.8-inch SuperAMOLED HD panel with a 1280 x 720 resolution while its dual-shooter configuration features a rear 8MP shooter and a front 1.9MP snapper.
