htconexHTC has not even announced the next version of its user interface yet, but one carrier is claiming the at least one handset from the company will be getting updated with the Sense 5.5 software.  The Sense 5.5 software will first show up when the HTC One Max finally hits the market sometime this fall and it will also be getting to the HTC One along with the Android 4.3 update, but that is not all.  One mobile carrier has suggested that the HTC One X will also be getting the Sense 5.5 update.

The HTC One 4G is available for a reduced sale price now starting at $49$0.01 – $539.99.

The Sense 5 software just showed up for those that have the HTC One back in April of this year and it was at that time that consumers were told they could expect to see the Sense 5.5 by the time fall rolled around this year.  One leakster claimed that the international version of the HTC One will be getting Android 4.3 along with Sense 5.5 right after the company releases its first major phablet device, the HTC One Max.  The HTC One Max is going to be taking on the recently released Galaxy Note 3 from Samsung and should be available on the market before December rolls around.

As of right now there are not many details to go along with the Sense 5.5 rumors, but there should be some new functions to the devices that can download it.  The update coming to the HTC One X is somewhat of a surprise to some since the older devices from HTC have been mixed and matched when it comes to certain software updates in recent months.  According to the mobile carrier, HTC is getting ready to update the HTC One X for testing purposes, an update that is the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean software.

The Android 4.2.2. Jelly Bean software has already shown up for the HTC One X in some regions of the world, but this one is different because it will be tested with Sense 5.5, rather than Sense 5 like the other were.  It is possible that the Sense 5.5 is a typo and it also would not be the first time that a mistake got an update pulled from the market.  It is possible that the HTC One X is getting to skip over the older Sense software, in favor of the newest piece coming out soon.

The HTC One 4G can be purchased at a discounted price tag now starting at $49$0.01 – $539.99.
