bluehtconeComing up on the 15th of this month it looks like Best Buy is going to be the one and only place that you will be able to get the Blue HTC One smartphone.  According to the company, it will be exclusively selling the all aluminum bodied HTC One in the bright blue and it will be selling through the Best Buy retail outlets, Best Buy Mobile Stores and the Bestbuy.com website, starting on Sunday.  The Blue model of the popular HTC One was recently announced at the IFA 2013 event held in Berlin last week.

The HTC One 4G original version is available for a reduced sale price now starting at $49.

One thing that was missing from the announcement was the pricing for the new colored handset, but now that we know that Best Buy will be selling the handset, it is also likely to be selling for the same price as the other handsets widely available on mobile carriers throughout the country for $199.99.  Other places that you can pick up the Blue model include Sprint, Verizon Wireless and the AT&T network.  T-Mobile has not confirmed that it will be selling the HTC One in Blue at this time.  Other than being sold in the color blue, the HTC One is the same as the original that was released back in April.

Features of that device include the 4.7-inch 1080p HD touch screen display, 2GB of RAM and the super fast quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor.  The back side will feature the new UltraPixel camera sensor and branding for HTC and Beats Audio technology.  The design is sleek and also features two, front-facing BoomSound speakers for bringing better audio experience to the smartphone user.  HTC has hit a homerun with the new HTC One this year becoming one of the most popular smartphones on the market and could even be taking small pieces of market share from Apple and the iPhone.

Since the HTC One was launched earlier this year, the company has also released the HTC One Mini and the HTC One Max, plus rumors that indicate the company could be getting ready to launch a tablet with the very familiar HTC One design.  The HTC One Max will be the company’s first attempt at a phablet device and it is one that reportedly features a 6-inch touch screen display and is likely to take on the recently announced Galaxy Note 3 from Samsung.

The HTC One 4G original version can be purchased at a discounted price tag now starting at .
