If you happen to be a fanboy of the Windows Phone platform and are waiting for the Nokia Lumia 920 to hit the shelves of AT&T in US shores, it is just a matter of time and you can already get your hands on the flagship device of the Finnish smartphone manufacturer for the Windows Phone ecosystem – that is if certain sources are to be believed.

Apparently, AT&T is said to be already preparing for the launch of the Nokia Lumia 920 and the pegged date for the release of the handset is on November 11, according to our sources. In addition to that, the handset allegedly will be available in three colors once it hits the brick and mortar retail locations of the wireless provider.

No price point has been mentioned by our sources but last week, retail giant Best Buy offered the handset for preorders with a price tag $149.99 with a new two-year service agreement with the carrier so this might be a good ballpark figure regarding the price point of the handset. No confirmation coming from the AT&T camp regarding the price point and availability of the Nokia Lumia 920 as of the moment so we advise you to take this information with a grain of salt.

As for the rumored November 11 launch date of the Nokia Lumia 920 with AT&T, this coincides nicely with the announcement made by Italian wireless provider TIM a couple of days back that it will launch the handset on November 12 so the November 11 AT&T launch of the handset is a lot closer to the truth. Again, this is still unconfirmed until AT&T makes the announcement.

As for the Nokia Lumia 920, the handset is the current flagship device of the Finnish manufacturer for the Windows Phone ecosystem and its addition to the lineup of AT&T was announced back in September. The handset shares a lot of its design DNA with its predecessor, the Nokia Lumia 900 4G, and it has dimensions of 130.3 x 70.8 x 10.7 mm. It is a bit hefty though at its catch weight of 185 grams.

Under the hood, the Nokia Lumia 920 runs Microsoft Windows Phone 8 for its operating system and this draws power from the handset’s QualComm MSM8960 SnapDragon chipset under the hood. This SoC brings into play a dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait processor and a full gigabyte of RAM and the two work together in generating the required computing power for a flawless performance on the handset. The storage space on the Nokia Lumia 920 comes up to a very generous 32GB but this is all you get because there is no dedicated memory expansion slot in the chassis of the handset. In terms of its display, the Nokia Lumia 920 sports a 4.5-inch PureMotion HD+ IPS TFT capacitive multitouch panel made from Gorilla Glass and has a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels while its dual-shooter configuration boasts of a rear 8MP shooter and a front 1.3MP video chat and self-portrait camera.
