Argus Insights, an industry leader in the provision of product innovation analytics, conducted the customer satisfaction survey which included the Nokia Lumia 710, iPhone 4S, Motorola Droid Razr 4G and Samsung Galaxy Nexus. The results of the survey indicate that the Nokia Lumia 710 is well ahead in terms of satisfaction and delight ahead of the other handsets included in the survey and almost at par with the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. The survey results considered responses on a myriad of issues such as functionality, performance / speed, display, usability, reliability / quality and connectivity wherein the Nokia Lumia 710 gathered more than enough positive comments from the people surveyed. In short, based on the findings of Argus Insights, consumers see the Nokia Lumia 710 as a smartphone that gives them the most back for their buck.
