Under the hood, a Texas Instruments OMAP4430 chipset runs the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system of the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx. Aside from theat, the chipset also brings a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz and 1GB of RAM to the handset. The device comes with an expandable 16GB of onboard storage and a 16GB microSD card for memory expansion is already included in its retail package. It has a massive 4.3-inch SuperAMOLED Advanced panel for its display and the resolution is pegged at 960 x 540 pixels. The 8MP shooter at its back panel is capable of 1080p vide capture while its front-facing 1.3MP camera can do 720p video recording.
