Most 4G phones are larger and heavier than the Motorola Droid Razr M 4G, which has been made more compact and thinner by offering an edge to edge display design. The handset is slim in the tradition of other Droid Razr smartphones, at 0.33 inches (8.3 mm), and lighter than the typical 4G smartphone at 4.44 ounces (116 g). Available in either black or white and released this September 10 in the US on the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE system, the Droid Razr M 4G is currently undergoing an upgrade to the Jelly Bean 4.1 Android operating system which should be complete and ported over the air to all handsets in the next couple of weeks.

The Motorola Droid Razr M is available for a reduced price at select authorized online retailers now starting at 49.99.

Motorola has included a Super AMOLED Advanced display that delivers 256 pixels every inch for an overall screen resolution of 540 x 960 pixels.
