It is a given fact that in US shores, Verizon is currently in the lead when we talk about LTE coverage in our side of the world. AT&T may be in second place but Verizon’s network is still ahead by leaps and bounds in terms of coverage. Sprit on the other hand is still waiting for the green light to get its LTE network lit up but Big Red is undertaking a relentless expansionist policy as if the two trailing carriers are already nipping at its heels.

In fact, Verizon is not showing signs of slowing down and gives off the impression that it is not giving the competition the chance to play catch up. The wireless provider has been making announcement after announcement after announcement of new markets getting LTE coverage in addition to expansion of existing LTE coverage in others. If your neck of the woods is still not part of the areas getting access to the LTE network of Verizon, chances are it would get some LTE love one of these days with the expansion that Big Red is going through.

In the same vein, another announcement has been posted in the official website of the carrier where Verizon confirmed that several new areas will be getting 4G LTE access come June 21 and these are as follows:

  • Idaho in Eastern Oregon
