HTC Droid DNA Hits the One Penny Playground – Droid DNA Successor Spotted

droiddnaHTC has officially verified what many analysts and mobile market mavens have rumored for some time. With the HTC Droid DNA 4G recently receiving a one penny on contract price tag at select online retail outlets, rumors began to swirl about a Droid DNA successor. The powerful smartphone was the first to deliver a staggeringly high 441 ppi pixel density, and delivers a very powerful hardware package and large high-resolution display. The Butterfly S is the next HTC Droid DNA sibling, and was officially revealed this past week.

The HTC Droid DNA 4G is available for a reduced sale price now starting at $0.01.

No official release date has been set, but Verizon has been tagged as the recipient of the upcoming phone in the US, which will probably arrive in the fourth quarter of 2013, rumored to deliver a $199 on contract price tag.
