galaxytab370lteThose of you that are on the Sprint network and were looking into picking up the new Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 tablet will be glad to have access to an LTE model.  According to reports, Sprint is releasing the LTE model of the device with a “special introductory price” that might get your attention.  Sprint will be offering the tablet at just $49.99 with a new two-year contract.  The tablet is only available in white for now, but Sprint did promise that Midnight Black would be on the website and ready to ship before the holidays.

Getting your hands on the new Galaxy Tab with LTE support for just $49.99 is not going to be an offer that you see very often.  For that low price, you will be getting a 7-inch 1024×600 display with a dual-core, 1.7GHz processor from Qualcomm and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean software pre-installed on the device.  Because the device supports Sprint’s LTE network, it will also come with 3G/4G mobile hotspot support for up to 10 more Wi-Fi devices.  The $49.99 LTE model will get you 16GB of storage, a microSD card slot for expansion, 3MP camera on the back side with a 1.3MP webcam on the front and a 4,000mAh battery.

As of right now, the only tablet that you would have access to on the Sprint website is the 10-inch Galaxy Tab 2, but that has actually been labeled as “Out of Stock”.  The odds are good that the tablet is out of stock because the replacement is about to be released, so do not worry, you just might have to wait a few more weeks to get your hands on one that is 10-inches in size.

Samsung offers some of the more popular tablets on the market today in the Galaxy Tab series and with the third generation about to hit the market, other companies are going to have to try hard to gain market share anywhere that Samsung is also included in.  The Galaxy Tab 3 series of tablets launched in July of this year in a variety of colors to appeal to just about any type of personality out there.  Samsung continues to take over the mobile market with new phablets, smartphones and tablets.
