iphone5s-5cApple has been talking about getting a lower cost iPhone to the market for the last year or more and it looks like that wait is over as the company is setting up to release the new, entry level iPhone alongside the next generation iPhone 5S.  The iPhone 5C and the iPhone 5S have been confirmed for the 20th of September.  More than one source online has reported the confirmation and it looks like Apple is hosting an event coming up soon to showcase the new iOS 7 software and that is where the two new smartphones might be mentioned.

The event, which is held this week, will finally give consumers something to spend their money on.  Even though the sources did not comment on the actual name of the device, whether one is coming with 128GB internal memory option or in more than one color, Apple is about to shake the mobile world up a little bit.  The iPhone 5S names comes from every other device that has been released since the first one back in 2007.  Besides having the 4-inch Retina display, users might see all new colors like gold or champagne.

Other rumors for the iPhone 5S include a fingerprint reader build into the device for added security and another thing is that the camera on the back side is going to feature a dual-LED camera flash for the first time since 2007 when the first one launched.  The iPhone 5C is meant for emerging markets all over the world and one of those could be in China.  If Apple can get the iPhone 5C into emerging markets throughout the globe the market share of the hottest mobile company will increase even more.

At least one source has reported that T-Mobile will be offering the iPhone 5S at the lowest price and that might have something to do with the UNCarrier plans that the mobile company offers.  That new plan allows users to pay a little activation fee and then cut the remaining retail balance into 20 to 24 payments to spread them out and make it easier for customers to afford high end smartphones like the iPhone.  Other news suggests that the company will keep the iPhone 5 around for customers, but it will only  be available in the 16GB option.
