Batter drains 1% every minute or 2 with minimal use. This phone is advertised to get 8.7 hours of talk time running Android 4.0 operating system. That is a complete lie. if you haven't received your update notification yet, count your lucky stars. If you are debating whether or not to upgrade to 4.0.4, DON'T. I also don't care for the way a page reloads every time you go on the internet. I like the layout of the update but overall the performance of my phone sucks!
