Had display brightness set to automatic but every 10 seconds or so the display would dim to 20%, than back 60%. Had to set brightness manually before it drove me nuts. Don’t know how this will effect my battery yet.

Before updated it to 4.4. kitkat my phone will last up to 15 hours , but now I only get about 9 hours. I need to mention that my habit have not change ( where using the phone is concerned). As for the brightness of the phone I have not noticed much. I hope they will fix this problem, as I got the Lg g2 for its battery and it’s camera .

Although it is near the same if you don’t have your GPS on. I mean…it all depends on how much you use your phone. I find the screen to be just as bright regardless. The only issue that i have is when i restart the phone, once the home screen comes up, it displays an error involving gapps…so idk. Other than that i can’t complain (yet).
