Whenever a software update is set to be released by Verizon for any of the handsets in its Android lineup, the details regarding what goodies and treats the said software update brings to the concerned handset are always posted beforehand on the official support site of the wireless provider. Once again, Verizon is hot on the software update love and this time around, the recipient is the LG Spectrum 4G. No, this is not the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update that most users of the handset are waiting for despite the fact that the carrier already confirmed that the handset is included in the list of handsets in its stable that will get the jump to the latest version of the Google mobile operating system.
