According to Sprint, those receiving their handsets with the free TPU case and letter of apology ought to be surprised and delighted with the additions in the retail package of the handset but are reminding those receiving these fringe benefits that the case cannot be exchanged for other accessories. The only question now is will those who preordered their HTC EVO 4G LTE via Best Buy get the same letter of apology and HTC TPU case as soon as they pick up their handset?
