The Samsung Galaxy S II delivers a 4.30 inch Super AMOLED Plus display which represents images and video in 16 million colors, and in 480 x 800 pixel resolution. A light sensor is built into that capacitive multitouch screen, and automatically adjusts the brightness for the best possible experience. A proximity is on board, and delivers a battery saving auto shut off feature, while Corning Gorilla Glass provides a layer of scratch resistance and glare reduction.
Talk time from a single battery charge runs 8.00 hours, the average for a 4G handset, and standby time sits at 16 days.
