I have this phone and have had since it was release i love the phone and i just put the new update on it. Don’t really see any difference in the operating systems but at least its up to date. I highly recommend this phone with or without the update

Well I was going to get this phone until I realized how long people have been waiting for GB. Especially considering Ice Cream Sandwich is about to be released, and there’s still no reliable timetable for either. Guess I’ll be going with the Samsung Focus Flash since my LG Quantum (which I actually love) continues to freeze and overheat causing a dead battery. On a better note I do love Windows 7.5 OS so I guess it’s not such a bad thing.

Do not buy this phone untill it has gingerbread operating system

What a shame for such a nice phone to not have gingerbread ur gonna lose customers if you don’t release the lg thrill gingerbread upgrade ..why make a phone that almost instantly goes dead after power up 2.2.2 is a sucky operating system for this phone..and not a good way to treat customers who value the lg name……release the update
